At 6th April 2016, Asia AMCA hosted the International Fan Efficiency Regulation Symposium. Speakers came from the Europe, United States, China, India, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan to present fan/energy efficiency regulations with respect to their countries. In addition, Suppliers, consultants, engineers, manufactures attended this symposium and would be a diverse discussion during the Q & A session.
Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International began in 1917, a not-for-profit association of the world's manufacturers of fans, air curtains, dampers, louvers, acoustic attenuators, ducts, air flow measurement devices, and other air system components.
AMCA is now represented in several regions, with 330 member companies in 34 countries. Asia AMCA operates outside of Singapore and European AMCA operates out of Brussels. A Middle East AMCA is in the process of formation, and it will operate out of Dubai. Since its inception of 1917, AMCA's mission was to advance the health, growth and integrity of relative industry.
