On May 5, 2017, at 14:01 Beijing time, the first flight of the domestic large passenger aircraft C919 was successfully made at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. At this historic glorious moment, the editor can't contain the excitement in my heart, because this is not only the pride of the Chinese, but also the pride of the Infinair people. C919 is a new generation of jet trunk airliner independently developed by China, which began to be developed and produced in 2008. Since 2011, INFINAIR has continued to provide AVIC Shanghai Pudong Assembly Base (C919 large passenger aircraft R&D support project) with a large number of reliable and high-quality ventilation equipment, professional technical consultation and after-sales service.

 

A large airliner consists of millions of parts and components involving dozens of complex systems such as avionics, environmental control, and flight control. Ensuring aircraft flight safety requires meticulous design, development, manufacturing processes and complex ground testing before the first flight.

Roof centrifugal exhaust fan – RTC

The Xiangxin ™ series impeller used in the RTC series has been upgraded to the fourth generation after years of continuous improvement, and its aerodynamic performance, efficiency and stability are quite mature. All-aluminum material, natural explosion-proof, lightweight aluminum effectively reduces the load of the roof steel structure. It is suitable for explosion-proof exhaust, fire smoke and other occasions, and has relevant national certification. In addition, it is also suitable for the climate conditions of salt spray environment and high roof temperature in coastal areas.

 

Centrifugal pipeline fan – ISQ

The ISQ is a voluteless fan that is particularly suitable for applications with relatively high resistance but at the same time sensitive to noise. Compared with conventional axial and centrifugal fans, the speed is effectively reduced by 20%-30%, and the sound pressure level area is shifted down by 10-15 dB. ISQ products are AMCA certified for noise and aerodynamic performance. The square box design, as well as the multiple outlet directions, is very easy to connect with common square pipes, reducing installation costs, and can provide a variety of flexible installation position arrangements, which is very space-saving.

High-quality and low-noise internal front bend/backward tilting centrifugal fan, the whole machine CFD flow field simulation reduces noise, "aluminum alloy box structure, good sound insulation effect", optional double-layer box to further reduce noise. High-quality aluminum alloy frame, strong structure without deformation for a long time. A variety of air outlet directions, optional two-speed motor, can be seated, can be hoisted, can also be pipe installed, outdoor installation with rain cover.

 

High efficiency full mixed flow fan - YFIMF

Full mixed flow fan YFIMF, impeller with front disc, true full mixed flow. The whole process of the flow channel is constrained, and the optimization design of CFD flow field simulation with aerodynamic characteristics is improved. Inlet venturi, streamlined design. Hemispherical wheel design to significantly reduce turbulence and backflow. Continuously optimized 3D curved blade design. The outlet deflector grille design diverts the rotating air flow at the rear of the impeller to make it smoother. Direct the airflow to axial movement to reduce turbulence; Convert part of the dynamic pressure into static pressure; Improved aerodynamic performance and static pressure efficiency. Effectively reduce noise.

 

Kitchen exhaust centrifugal fan - CUS

The volute of the CUS is fixed by eight equal bolts, and the direction of the air outlet can be adjusted on site within the allowable angle. Continuous welding of the shell, high structural strength, when there are droplets collecting inside the volute, there will be no slow leakage, especially suitable for exhausting air containing water vapor and kitchen fume air. Access doors are provided on the left and right sides of the motor for quick access to the electrical part of the fan.

 

Side wall exhaust fan – WEX

Side wall exhaust fan-WEX, small size, simple structure, light weight and reliable operation. The motor is placed in the airflow, which dissipates heat well and prolongs the life of the motor. The motor is lubrication-free, the whole machine surface maintenance, suitable for installation in high places, no belt, no need to climb to replace. The square shell design is more reasonable, and it is more convenient to open square holes on the concrete wall, brick wall and profiled plate wall. Optional 45° rainproof cover and stainless steel birdproof net, gravity check damper, box epoxy, etc.
