Preface

 

On May 21, 2025, Fangting Water Conservancy Institute, the first major cross-provincial housing construction project in China, was officially completed. This project is located on the Taipu River at the junction of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. It adopts a unique quadrangle courtyard style and will become a platform for conferences, exhibitions, cultural exchanges and coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta region in the future.

 

NO.1 Project Overview

 







The total construction area of Fangting Water Institute is approximately 104,000 square meters, spanning Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Its design takes the central axis as the core, setting up the main conference hall of the Yangtze River Delta on the south bank of the Taipu River, and arranging theme exhibition halls of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui at the four corners. The venues are seamlessly connected by three cross-domain pedestrian Bridges and corridors, creating a truly "cross-domain integrated" shared living room for the Yangtze River Delta.

 

NO.2 Infinair Customized Solutions

 

In the construction of the Fangting Water Institute project, the "near-zero carbon" special plan for the Water Town Living Room was strictly implemented to create a large-scale public building that leads in both energy conservation and carbon reduction as well as technological innovation in China. This solution mainly provides duct centrifugal fans, side wall axial flow exhaust fans, and rectangular duct fans, which are applied in the two core scenarios of smoke prevention and exhaust and air supply and exhaust in buildings. It fully meets the project's strict standards for energy conservation, high efficiency, intelligent control, and operational reliability.
