  • R&D:

    Conduct on-site visits to understand client pain points, focusing on issues such as corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and energy consumption. 

  • Manufacturing:

    Prioritize client experience, focusing on maintainability, noise control, and structural stability.  

  • Sales:

    Support clients in product selection, optimize overall system costs, and understand their end-users and application scenarios.  

  • After-Sales:

    Prioritize resolving customer work stoppages and production halts, and respond quickly. 

  • Functional Teams:

    Pay attention to details when receiving overseas clients, including hygiene, hospitality, and workshop conditions, to present a professional brand image.

    Ensure that proactive, responsible, and value-creating individuals are fairly rewarded and given opportunities for growth.

    Achieving our mission relies on the dedication of strivers tackling technical challenges in R&D, maintaining strict production standards, and driving sales efforts. 

    Expanding into international markets is fraught with difficulties, demanding strivers to break through barriers and overcome obstacles. Retaining top talent fosters a virtuous cycle where “the harder you strive, the more outstanding you become.

    Supporting Our Mission: Quality precedes price. No matter how competitive the price, products without reliable quality will not earn client trust. 

    Achieving Our Vision: Only durable, reliable products earn lasting global client trust. 

    Ensuring Long-Term Survival: Cutting corners may bring short-term gains, but once trust is lost, recovery is difficult. Sustainable success can only be built on consistently high quality. 

  • Implementation Measures :

    Drive end-to-end integration across the product lifecycle, with sales, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams working collaboratively around customer needs.
